Chef/owner Jason Loo brings over 25 years of restaurant/ catering experience. With a passion for making affordable scratch made food. He has lived in the Charlotte area for over 20 years and understands the comfort food trends of the area he calls home. He has also served caterings and tailor made menus for events of 10 to over 500 people, so you will be confident the event will be done with the care and passion.Catering Manager/ Event Coordinator, Linda McCaslin is a Charlotte native who brings over 20 years of event planning and menu design experience to the table. Her drive to ensure every detail is taken care of is second to none. From the first idea to the last, you will understand that she has seen every situation and can handle every emergency with her contagious calm demeanor.With our expertise in catered menus, on time delivery, and a warm smile, you will quickly realize why we started doing this in the first place -- for you!
